ĐURĐICA AČKAR
Đurđica Ačkar is full professor at the Department of Food Technology of the Faculty of Food Technology Osijek, currently at the position of vice dean for science and international cooperation. Her research interest are starch modification, extrusion and confectionery products. The majority of her research targets the use of food industry by-products in the development of new food products. She has published over 100 scientific articles, has led several national research and professional projects and participated in organisation of several international conferences. She is the associate member of Croatian Academy of Engineering and a member of several international associations.
