Anne-Laure Chateigner-Boutin


Anne-Laure Chateigner-Boutin is a researcher at the Biopolymeres, Interactions and Assemblies unit of the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment (INRAE). Her research interests are plant cell walls, their role in shaping cereal grains and determining their nutritional (dietary fibre) and technological quality. Her research covers biological and technological aspects of seed science and she is currently leading projects aiming at understanding the effects of global warming on wheat grains and their quality.
