Martijn Noort
Martijn works as project manager and scientist for Wageningen Food & Biobased Research, which is an applied scientific research institute as part of Wageningen University & Research. As a Food Technologist specialized in cereal science, his research focusses on innovations for healthy and sustainable food products. Martijn coordinated the NUTRIFOODS project which is an African-European collaboration to develop bread products based on African climate resilient crops. Martijn is also executive board member to ICC.
