Emmanuelle Bancel

Emmanuelle Bancel is an engineer at the Genetic Diversity and Ecophysiology of Cereals (GDEC), a joigned unit between University of Clermont-Frerrand and INRAE. Her main research field is wheat grain proteins study. For her studies, she develops and uses proteomic approaches. She is currently involved in projects on gluten.
