Jennifer Dang
Jennifer Dang has a background in food science and technology (UNSW, 1998) and a PhD in Agriculture (University of Sydney, 2004). She is the Applications Manager at Perten Instruments of Australia, a PerkinElmer Company, with over 20 years’ experience in grains science and rheological instrumentation. Her roles include managing and aligning applications projects with the global Perten team, and providing applications training and support to distributors and customers. She’s passionate about optimizing solutions for quality assessments of food ingredients. She is the current Vice Chair of the Australasian Grain Science Association (AGSA). She was the recipient of the AGSA Service Award in 2018 (for exceptional and sustained service to the Association), and the Eric E. Bond Award in 2022 (for meritorious services to grain science in Australasia).
