Christelle Avart
Christelle Avart has been working for more than 20 years in R&D in the food industry or consulting companies providing expertise and advice on global food regulations. She joined Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) in 2011, as part of the Nutrition, Regulatory & Scientific Affairs team. Her knowledge and expertise embrace technical and communication compliance with regulations including expertise in nutrition science & healthy diets. She has a high interest in understanding the links between food nutrition and human health & well-being & promote them among consumers. She is chairing the Food policy working group of the Whole Grain Initiative and she is also part of the Wholegrain definitions working group, both helping to promote whole grain as a key component of healthy diets. Christelle is an Engineer in Agronomical & food sciences from the “Ecole Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Toulouse and Institut National Agronomique - Paris”, Graduate Schools of Agricultural Sciences, and she is specialized in Biology, Food safety and Human Nutrition.
