Stefano Renzetti
Stefano Renzetti is a expertise leader and project manager at Wageningen University & Research in the Netherlands. His research activities focus on understanding ingredients interactions during food processing and to develop innovative formulation approaches towards nutritious and sustainable foods. His focus is on cereals and plant-based materials and staple food such as bakery products. Stefano received the Harald Perten prize 2018 from ICC for his contribution to the furtherance of cereal science and technology towards practical applications.
