Kaisa Linderborg
Kaisa Linderborg, Professor of Molecular Food Sciences at the University of Turku, Finland, is expert in molecular level research of fibres, secondary metabolites, polyunsaturated fatty acids and their oxidation, lipidomics, regioisomerism and stereoisomerism of triacylglycerols as well as human and bovine milk, especially related to human intervention trials. She has authored over 80 original peer-reviewed research articles, and acted as principal investigator in research projects including OAT-your-GUT, OATHow and OAT-GUT-BRAIN. She is an experienced and fully pedagogically educated teacher and has/is supervising 12 PhD students.
