Muqsita D. O. Daouda


Muqsita D. O. Daouda is a PhD student in the second year in Food Engineering and Biotechnology. She is currently doing her thesis in co-supervision between the University of Abomey-Calavi in Benin and the University of Lorraine in France. Her research interests focus on food product improvement and her work focuses on food formulations from raw materials produced in Benin. She took her first steps in the world of international conferences. She has participated in the realization of several national research projects and currently receives funding from the Biovalor project for the realization of her research work.
