Freya Knaggs


Freya Knaggs is a first year PhD student working with the soft matter engineering team in the joint research unit (JRU) IATE (Ingénierie des Agropolymères et Technologies Emergentes) Agropolymer Engineering and Emerging Technologies, at INRAE Montpellier. She has an engineering degree in biology and food engineering from Polytech Montpellier. Her research subject focuses on sorghum proteins, their assembly and digestibility.
