Pedro  Maldonado-Alvarado

Pedro Maldonado-Alvarado is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Chemistry and Agroindustry in EPN and collaborating professor in other Ecuadorian universities. Pedro is general coordinator of the Ecuadorian network of cereals, pseudocereals, tubers, roots, and legumes. Pedro is Member of the scientific editorial committee of WASET, ICCFE, CIBIA, Sathiri. Pedro is Scientific reviewer for LWT - Food Science and Technology, Cereal Chemistry, Int. J. Biol. Macromol., Frontiers in Nutrition, Bionatura, La Granja, Revista Politécnica, etc.
