Julian de la Rosa-Millan


Julian de la Rosa Millan made his doctorate in Sciences in Development of Biotic Products at Instituto Politécnico Nacional; Julian has a Post-doctorate in developing functional ingredients based on proteins and carbohydrates, Tecnológico de Monterrey. He is a Mexican Researcher Certification - Level 1, 2021. Some of his research Interests are Carbohydrates, proteins, nutrition, in vitro and in vivo tests; design, characterization, and proof of concept of complex foods; etc.
