Christy Raad
Christy Raad is currently pursuing her Ph.D. degree in food processing at Oniris – Nantes. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry at Lebanese University – Lebanon and her Master’s degree in Food Safety & Quality Management at Notre Dame Louaize (NDU) – Lebanon. Throughout her academical years, she developed a great interest in food innovation and the development of a sustainable food product from simple and available material. She decided on doing a Ph.D. to gain more experience and to broaden her horzion in this field. Food is inevitable for humans, and my main goal is to always thrive for a better and healthier food.
