Nina Höller


Nina Höller studied Food Chemistry at the Technical University of Munich. During her Master's degree, she completed a research stay at the D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia in Moscow and did a research internship at Linnaeus University in Kalmar, Sweden. Nina wrote her Master's thesis at a law firm specialised in food law on the challenges of vegan and vegetarian products’ labelling legislation, conflicts of stakeholders affected by it and options for action within the European Union. After completing her Master's degree, she started as a PhD student in Prof. Scherf's working group in Karlsruhe. Her PhD project deals with the structure-functionality correlation of the wheat protein vital gluten.
